About the Role
Let’s be crystal clear: this is a commission-only position (1099 contractor). If you’re looking for a paycheck without putting in the work, this isn’t for you.
If you are ready to grind, follow up relentlessly, and build a rhythm of 60–80 calls per day to warm leads we generate for you at no cost, the upside is huge.
You’ll be the first human voice most leads hear from our brand. Using Go High Level, you’ll call, text, and email inbound leads that have already shown interest—your job is to qualify, schedule, and double-confirm appointments for:
- Franchise Consulting Discovery Calls
- Business Development Strategy Sessions
- Healthcare, Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Consultations
- Executive Leadership Coaching Calls
- Small Business Consulting Sessions
Leads come from brand websites, franchise portals, brokers, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and referrals. You’ll turn that raw interest into confirmed, high-quality appointments that show up ready to talk.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to fresh and aged leads in our CRM (at no cost to you—leads are provided).
- Follow up via text and email in between calls to maximize connection rates.
- Qualify each lead by gathering details and confirming genuine interest.
- Schedule appointments and reconfirm twice (same day and 24 hours before).
- Keep CRM records tight—log every call, update statuses, and maintain a clean pipeline.
- Use pre-built campaigns and scripts, while adding your own persistence and follow-through to close the gap.
- Push hard on follow-ups—no “one and done.”
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Commission-Only (1099 Contractor)
- $25–$75 per qualified booked appointment (based on service type)
- Up to $100 per lead for live transfers or fully qualified appointments that show
- Commission paid only when the lead shows—no exceptions
- Top performers can generate $3,000–$6,000+ per month by maintaining high call volume and disciplined follow-through

Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Ability to negotiate and close effectively
- B2B sales and telemarketing experience preferred
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus)
- Proficient in outbound/warm calling strategies
- Knowledge of business development and marketing techniques
