Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Take meeting minutes, maintain documentation in Jira, and manage the Confluence page to ensure all project information is up to date.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the project.
• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and hold the team accountable to established timelines.
• Drive the organization of various projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and outcomes.
• Participate in daily Scrum/Agile meetings to facilitate team collaboration and progress tracking.
• Ensure clear understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and regularly communicate these elements to IT and business stakeholders.
• Work with your team and management to implement systems that encourage reflective practices and feedback loops for continuous improvement at both the team and individual levels.
• Oversee and coordinate the migration of data, applications, or systems from one environment to another.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to the migration process.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the migration project.
• Coordinate testing and validation of migrated systems to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Facilitate communication among different teams and stakeholders involved in the migration project.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and relevant parties.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including migration plans, schedules, and reports.

Requirements
You have:

• Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience coordinating IT projects and managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with SQL and Tableau/Power BI
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
• Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment of objectives across all stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of security and data protection standards related to system migrations.
